Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days after payment and order information have been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next applicable business day.
During promotional periods or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $40 USD, where displayed at checkout.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
